Fitness Training Specialists is a small personal training company run by a fully qualified fitness instructor. We are based in Brighton, but are happy to travel to clients in other areas of Sussex including Worthing, Lewes, Newhaven, Burgess Hill, Shoreham, Haywards Heath and other surrounding areas.
