Brighton Fitness Weekends

Liz Fulford and Personal Trainer Karen Riches have joined together to create Brighton Fitness Weekends specialising in offering weekend fitness programmes that help you feel fit, healthy and happy to be alive. Whether you need to kick start your fitness regime or want an activity filled weekend with like minded people we can help.

We have designed a weekend programme to challenge and improve your endurance, strength and flexibility. We deliberately keep our groups small, so we can make sure we pitch it at the right level. We work with people with all fitness levels. We’re skilled at adjusting our programmes so no-one feels left out or under challenged.

From Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon you can expect:

Circuits:
challenging circuits that will get your heart thumping and your muscles squealing

Walks/hikes through some of the gorgeous (and hilly!) countryside that surrounds Brighton and Hove.

Core fitness training that targets the muscles deep within the abdomen. Think big balls and planks. Believe us that will make sense at the end of the weekend.

Running sessions for the beginner or more experienced runner.

Boxercise: huge fun, a great stress buster and guaranteed to give you a fab workout.

Stretching and flexibility exercises
to improve your bendiness and loosen tight muscles.

Fun and games – it might be beach volleyball, it might be a game of Frisbee.

In addition to our "core" programme you can also choose from a variety of extras such as massage, life coaching, nutritional advice and image consultancy.

We are always happy to design bespoke weekend programmes for groups of friends. Whether you’re training for a charity challenge, a special race or have a special event like a wedding or civil partnership coming up we can help.

We don’t offer boot camps or lots of shouting. We offer breaks that inspire the mind as well as energise the body. We think that is best achieved in an atmosphere of encouragement, motivation and humour.
